The Real Force believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you do not like your product, you have 30 days to return it. Please note: the product must be in brand new or unopened condition. You are also responsible for the return shipping charges. If the product is defective, we will replace the product and cover the shipping charges. We will also not take returns for product misinterpretation.
3 easy steps for a refund
- Contact us via email at customers@therealforce.net or call us at (626) 380-1500. Business hours are 9 AM - 1 PM PST Mon - Fri.
- Once you contact us, we will send you a return label via email. Please put the return label on the package and take it to a shipping facility to have it returned. ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE FULL PRODUCT. If not, we will be unable to refund your order.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the full cost of your order right away. Please note, depending on your form of payment it could take up to 5-10 business days to see the funds return to your account.
We want to make this process as easy as possible for our customers. If any issues arise, please contact us and we will make it right for you.
What to do if you received a damaged product
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within the first 5 DAYS of receiving your order. Whether it is damaged packaging and/or the product itself is damaged upon delivery, contact us at (626) 380-1500 or email us at customers@therealforce.net. We will require pictures of the damaged product. Once we receive and approve the proof of damage, we will send you a return label to have the product sent back. You will not have to pay for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the item to our office, we will send out a replacement product. If you wish to have your order refunded, do an exchange for a different product, or receive the refund in store credit, please let us know and we will make it right for you.
What is a product in unopened, new, used, or damaged condition?
- A product in unopened condition is when the packaging of the item purchased is still in its original form and not opened by any means.
- A product in new condition was opened and possibly used a few short times. To be in new condition, it must be free from noticeable scratches, damages and/or dirt.
- A product in used condition contains noticeable scratches, damages and/or dirt.
- A product in damaged condition is broken in any way. This can be broken pieces, tears and/or features not working properly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, the package will be shipped back to the customer.
